About Unify
Built in the fields of New Mexico.
Unify wasn't dreamed up in an office. It comes out of four years of harvest seasons on farms across this state — and one conviction: the people who do the work deserve steady shifts and reliable pay, and the operators who hire them deserve crews that show up.
Since 2021, our crews at Opulence Solutions have worked harvests for operators across New Mexico — from small family farms to some of the largest producers in the state. Trimming, harvesting, packing: the unglamorous work that decides whether a season pays.
Running those crews taught us where a season actually breaks: staffing. Operators burning days calling around for hands at peak, with no way to know who's reliable until someone doesn't show. Workers finding gigs through text threads and handshakes, then chasing the pay they already earned. Every other industry got this solved by software a decade ago; here, it was still phone tag.
So we built the thing we kept wishing existed: the workforce platform where licensed New Mexico operators post shifts in minutes and book vetted, background-checked crews — and workers claim shifts knowing the rate they see is the rate they're paid.

How we run it
Workers keep the rate they see. Operators fund the shift when they book.
Staffing agencies take a cut of workers' pay. Unify doesn't work that way. Posting a shift is free. Workers see their pay rate up front and earn every dollar of it. Operators pay exactly the rate they set — funded when they book their crew, settled at sign-off for the actual work done, so everyone gets paid and nobody chases. That's the whole model.
