Welcome — let's get your shifts covered.
Unify connects your facility with vetted local workers for trimming, packaging, cultivation, and harvest. Posting is free — you fund a shift when you book your crew, and it's settled at sign-off for the work you confirm.
Create your free account
Free to join — takes about two minutes.
We'll verify your email and phone, then a short business profile takes you straight to your dashboard. We review new operators quickly — usually within one business day — and you can start posting the moment you're approved.
- ✓
Post shifts free
No subscription, no retainers, no long-term commitments. Post trimming, packaging, cultivation, and harvest shifts in minutes.
- ✓
Every worker is vetted
Background-checked and 21+ before they can ever apply to your shift, with ID documents reviewed during onboarding.
- ✓
The rate you set is the total you pay
No markups, invoices, or per-shift fees — the rate you post is what each shift costs. (Our payment processor adds a flat $5 when you add wallet funds.)
- ✓
Fund when you book your crew
Approving a worker reserves the shift cost from your wallet. Settled at sign-off for the work you confirm — no-shows cost you nothing.
- ✓
Financing available
Qualified operators can finance labor spend through our partner ReadyPaid — apply right from your dashboard once your account is live.
